Processing Time

The average processing time is approximately 3 to 5 business days and it can be affected by the item’s availability, the time of the year, holidays, etc. Please note that in orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Shipping Time

Orders usually take between 7 to 15 business days to be delivered. Shipping times may increase depending on the time of year (e.g. Christmas), mailing address, weather and customs. For example, rural areas tend to take longer compared to urban areas. After you have received your tracking number, please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated. If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift (e.g. Christmas), we strongly recommend placing your order the month before the holiday. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed.
